Hmmmm…this is my nth blog! ehehehhe I do have alot of blogs. Each blogs represent a different side of me. Well, some of my blogs narrate stories of the cities that Ive lived with. I had a blog when I was living in Cebu for three years, when I was in Davao, when I lived in Ortigas around 2004, and now that Im back here in Metro Manila…hmmmm this is my newest blog! eheheheh and this would document my life and experiences (again) here in Metro Manila.

Today is the beginning of my story

Why blog? Well, this is definitely not my first blog. For years, I have been blogging about the cities that Ive lived with, the companies Ive worked with, and friends I have spent my days with. Since I have left Mindanao, I have resided in Metro Cebu and Metro Manila. It’s been 7 years since I left the city of Davao. Wherever I go….I still long for Davao. And wherever I reside, I am proud to say that I am a Dabawenyo.

2000 – I decided to leave Davao and had my first job in Cebu as an Account Manager for Vette Industrial Sales. I was 18 then.

2002 – I went home to Davao to finish my college. However, I made another detour in life. I put up my own business which was into web development called Creative Runway Web Solutions. I also launched my own website – Davaotrek dot Com (which is no longer existing). The Davao market was not yet ready for online and web marketing tools such as websites. So my did not succeed.

2004 – I left Davao and decided to live with my mom in Metro Manila. I’d worked in Teleperformance USA – Ortigas as a CSR for Sprint. Ive fallen inlove with somebody from Cebu. We decided to be together so….

2004 – mid year, I decided to transfer to PeopleSupport. At that time, PeopleSupport was one of the two callcenters to have offices in Cebu. I didnt want to work with Sykes Asia so I decided to work with the former. I started with PeopleSupport Makati.

2005 – From PeopleSupport Makati, I decided to transfer to PeopleSupport Cebu. It was just a site transfer.  I consider Cebu as my other home. I love Cebu City as much as I love Davao City. I’m a Cebuano by choice but still a part of me is proud to be a Dabawenyo.

2008 – After the robbery and some hearthaches in Cebu, I decided to leave Cebu and is now back in Metro Manila, where my family is currently based.  But I’ll be back in Cebu, that’s for sure. And I’ll be back in my birth city and my beloved Davao City as well…….

So…today is the beginning of my story…Another book in my life. As a Dabawenyo back in Metro Manila. See ya!
